Atrocities in Israel I have shared my thoughts on the horror of what is happening in Israel on Twitter. I was going to write something longer, but it is simply too painful: My son, Jonah, asked me why I hadn't written anything about what has happened in Israel. I had to pause and think; I was frozen.
I think Israel was born with a huge third stage cancer. bad beginnings, and 56, 67, 73, ad infinitum. I have given up on both sides. And this has nothing to do with investing. I'm not casting .... I see both sides. The Romans would have cleaned it up by now. As well the Aztecs. Vitaliy, adios!

Beautifully stated, Vitaly. I am afraid you are entirely correct about how, in a week or so, the usual suspects will be trotting out the usual narratives. But in Israel, the resolve seems hard and clear. It’s a shame that the homeland finally granted to the Jews had to be in a place surrounded by people (not all of them, or even most, but enough) who earnestly wish for their extermination.
Now write some commentary of how Israel came into being from the late 1920's through the 40's and 50's and the associated atrocities and ethnic cleansing committed throughout that time, and continuing upto now.

There's no raping or beheading going on stop spreading misinformation.

I guess plain old killing of small children and their parents absent rape and beheadings lessens the atrocity?
I am in no hurry to get the details on the treatment of the dead after the killings or before.
